PROJECT REPORT FOR EPE FOAM SHEET PLANT

General Description
First of all, thank you very much for buy and use this production line.
Before installation, trial, maintenance or trouble shooting, please carefully read through this manual book. Otherwise you are very possible to damage your property and cause physical injury or even death. Meanwhile you are never to be refunded for such misbehaviors.
Only trained professional members are allowed to install, operate or trouble shoot this machine.
We are living in a world surrounded by plastic. Our daily life is not dividable from plastic. Plastic is a most important material in our living. 
   PE foam sheet is a special soundproof, heat insulation and cushion material. Its surface is smooth and has the functions of shockproof, water resistant, antisepsis, none toxic and no peculiar smell. It is widely used in construction, foodstuff packaging, industrial and electrical packaging.
  Our  PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line is a specialized equipment to produce PE foam sheets. It melts LDPE resin and then mixes with butane, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agent and other additives. The extruder extrudes them out. They are foamed in the die-head. Finally they are cooled and extended into a preset sized  PE foam sheets through the air ring and forming drum.

(2) EPE Foam Sheet Laminator ( Thickening)


       Applications:  
      PE Foam Laminator is also called PE foam bonding machine. This machine is heat       one single side of PE foam sheet to nearly melting point via LPG flame. Then laminate 2 pieces together. The lamination is by 2 rollers. No agent or glue is needed. Maximum laminate thickness may reach 100 mm. It is a must have equipment of PE foam deep    process.

(3)  Plastic Granule Making Recycler

      
                         




Aplication:-
It is to process and reproduce PE foam sheet and all kinds of plastic leftover and wastages such as HDPE, LDPE, PS, ABS, PP, etc, for extrusion and granule cutting, The extruder employed a structure of       degasification to exhaust the air caused by material curing. And so the granule will be more compact, more smooth in appearance. The die has a hydraulic or electrical filter exchanger to improve production efficiency. so as to minimize production cost and promote economical benefits. This machine is usually sold with a crusher.
